What’s the difference between the Total Firm and the Self-Service product?

Our Self-Service product is a great solution for Firms that do not require a high degree of Firm and Client integration. The Self-Service product provides workflow that follows the eviction process, uses the standard court forms for the state and allows a Firm to enter their client’s eviction data directly into the system and process quickly. This product is a great solution for Firms doing monthly evictions and would like to free large amounts of time, improve data consistency and track evictions more visibly.

Our Total Firm product can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your firm and includes all the functionality in our Self-Service product plus much, much more…all delivered under your Firm’s domain. Clients enter eviction data directly into the system and the have a number of processing options at their fingertips. This product is a “must have” for Firms process a large number of monthly eviction or those that are targeted eviction processing as a key offering within their Firms. We have clients that individually process 1000’s of evictions monthly using our software, literally.

Do your products have different system requirements?

No. We support and are best viewed with Internet Explorer and you will need Adobe Reader for form and font generation. Both of which are free to download – Internet Explorer click here and Adobe Reader click here.

What if I require unique functionality to fit my firm’s specific needs?

If you have custom needs, the Total Firm product may be a better fit for you. If our Total Firm product does not contain what you are looking for, just ask and we would will take a look at it.

What states are available with the Self-Service and Total Firm products?

Please see our Solutions page for the latest list of states supported. If you are a registered attorney or Unlawful Detainer firm in a non-supported state, contact us and we will be able to inform you when our product will be available for your state. If you are interested in the Total Firm product for any state, we can build out a customized timeframe that best fits your business needs.
