For example, the web address (domain name) that you assign to TOMT is tuned for keywords as well as submitted to all the major search engines. When you tie this in to your traditional marketing approach such as business cards, Firm brochures, etc. you may find your new client side functionality and approach spreads by word of mouth at a very fast rate.

When Will Other States Become Available?

We recognize that other States have different legal processes, eviction timeframes and required documentation. Our product has been designed from its inception to be highly customizable for this very reason. We are currently contacting and speaking to attorneys in other States to understand if we are a good fit with their Firms. Firms that assist us by becoming the first Firm in the State to use our solution will be compensated for their efforts through reduced or eliminated subscription fees for some time period. Once contracted, each new State solution can be ready in 30 – 45 days.
