Clients are now responsible for data entry/errors and this request is instantly seen by the Firm’s staff and is ready for processing. The need for lengthy consultations and “tenant story telling” to you and your staff is greatly reduced.
Client have access to their data and case status – Data is real time and there is no additional Firm work required to communicate this data to your clients. Clients can request action on their cases – Through the website, a client can request a dismissal if, for example, their tenant paid. Case life cycle management – As evictions progress, cases are moved within the Total Firm Solution and clients are automatically notified via email of the status changes.
Bulk actions available – Cases can be acted upon in very large groups (i.e. 100’s at a time). Whether you are setting court dates and times, generating & printing forms, or simply changing case statuses…bulk actions are available to perform large amounts of activities with the click of a button.
Form generation – All data is mapped to your state specific forms required for processing. Forms and documentation are generated in pdf format for easy viewing with the click of a button.
Invoicing/Receipts – Your Firm’s pricing model is stored within TOMT and whether you are invoicing (for later payment) or giving receipts (for credit card charging), these can be generated with the click of a button. The client is notified automatically that their statement is ready. Firm activities such as typing invoices, printing them, and mailing them are eliminated.
